Norton Air Conditioning is an experienced HVAC specialist providing installation, maintenance and repair services across Berkshire and the South East.

Having worked with Norton for a number of years, they approached us to transform their brand identity and create a website that better reflects the quality of their work and the professionalism of their growing business.

We developed a completely refreshed visual identity to modernise the Norton brand and bring greater clarity and consistency across their communications. Alongside this, we designed and built a new WordPress website that presents their services, expertise and regional coverage in a clear, user-friendly way.

As part of the wider project, we also supported Norton in streamlining key business processes. This included implementing a CRM system, integrating enquiry handling and introducing electronic proposal tools to improve efficiency and help the team manage opportunities more effectively.
